    On August 7, 2025, the 15th Shanghai International Bio-Fermentation Products & Technology Equipment Exhibition grandly opened. At the event, Tianrui Heavy Industry’s maglev energy-saving equipment captured significant attention, allowing attendees to experience firsthand the transformative impact of maglev technology on production. The launch of its integrated one-stop energy-saving retrofit solutions further provided an innovative pathway for the green transformation of the fermentation industry!

    Tianrui Heavy Industry’s booth attracted numerous industry peers for in-depth exchanges, with strong interest shown in its holistic energy-saving solutions. Our technical service team emphasized the application scenarios and performance advantages of maglev equipment in the bio-fermentation sector. During the exhibition, Yu Xuejun, Executive Secretary-General of the China National Light Industry Council and Chairman of the China Fermentation Industry Association, along with other industry leaders, visited the booth. They affirmed the unique advantages of maglev energy-saving technology in bio-fermentation applications.

Applications of Tianrui Maglev Energy-Saving Equipment in Fermentation Industry

Maglev Blowers
    In September 2020, a biotechnology company in Shandong installed two maglev blowers to replace original Roots blowers for wastewater aeration. Compared with traditional equipment, energy consumption dropped by 36.4%, and noise reduced to below 80 dB. In November 2021, the company installed two additional units for a new production line.

Maglev Vacuum Pumps
    A fermentation enterprise replaced its water ring vacuum pump with a maglev vacuum pump for material dewatering in pre-production processes. The new system met dewatering requirements while achieving remarkable energy savings: 32% reduction in power consumption and 248,000 kWh saved annually.

Maglev Air Compressors
    A Shandong biotech company actively explored energy-saving and carbon-reduction solutions, partnering with Tianrui Heavy Industry in 2024 to upgrade its compressed air system. One 315kW maglev air compressor replaced three original 132kW screw compressors. Post-retrofit, power consumption decreased by 27.6%, saving 122,000 kWh yearly. This not only reduced production costs but also ensured high-quality compressed air for critical processes. Additionally, the company saves 48,000 yuan annually in maintenance costs.

Maglev Chillers
    In January 2025, a food fermentation company adopted a 300 RT (refrigeration ton) maglev chiller to cool process water, fully meeting production cooling demands. The equipment has operated stably since installation, achieving 27.5% energy savings over traditional screw chillers. Its maintenance-free design eliminated scheduled upkeep, reducing labor and material costs.
