The 7500 TPD cement production line project in Samarkand, Uzbekistan is located in Samarkand Province, Uzbekistan. It is the single clinker cement production line with the largest investment scale of CEEC. It is also the largest cement project in terms of single-unit scale in Uzbekistan. The total investment of the project is 351 million US dollars. It is designed to produce 2.33 million tons of cement clinker and 2.73 million tons of cement annually. It was put into operation in 2023.

This project has adopted 12 maglev blowers from Tianrui (with a total installed capacity of 1200 kW), which are used in links such as pulverized coal transportation at the kiln inlet and kiln outlet of the cement production line.Compared with traditional blowers, it can save about 4 million kwh of electricity per year and reduce noise to about 85 decibels.
