Shandong Tianrui Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., founded in 2008 and located in Weifang High tech Zone, is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research and development of maglev power technology and high-end rock drilling equipment. It is a single champion of the manufacturing industry of the Ministry of industry and information technology, a gazelle enterprise of the Ministry of science and technology and a national intellectual property model enterprise. In 2021, it was approved to prepare for the establishment of the national maglev power technology foundation and application standardization working group, becoming a leading enterprise in the maglev industry in China.
The company has established the maglev Industry Technology Research Institute, has an industry-leading R & D team, and won 14 provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards. Shandong Province has determined Tianrui heavy industry as the "chain leader" of the energy-saving and environmental protection equipment industry chain, Weifang City issued the implementation opinions on accelerating the creation of a 100 billion level maglev industry, and set up a government working class to promote the development of the maglev industry.
